Another Way Out, Inc. embraces the following values:
- The quality of service and relationships is more important than the
quantity. Therefore, we assist the mentors in maximizing their opportunities
with the mentees.

structure and organization to effectively serve the youth.

Another Way Out, Inc.
is an educational program, of which the centerpiece is a mentoring
intervention and after-school program for under-served youth ages 8-18. Youth
participants receive healthy coping skills in the areas of: violence prevention,
conflict resolution, peer pressure, teen parenthood, drugs, preparation for
grade-level advancement and high school graduation.

MISSION STATEMENT: To provide guidance, leadership, and opportunities for Atlanta's youth ages (8-18) through mentoring. - - - - - Our focus is to strengthen youth in the areas of career development, self-esteem, community involvement, cultural appreciation and value-oriented principles.
Our hope is for each mentee to one day become a mentor and become a part of the "village" it takes to raise our children.
